What Wander360° Is
Wander360° is an independent travel guide covering 114 cities across six continents — from the obvious (Paris, Tokyo, New York) to the under-appreciated (Jeonju, Matera, Varanasi, Essaouira). We write guides for curious travellers who want more than a list of the top ten tourist sights: people who want to know which neighbourhood to stay in, where locals actually eat, how to navigate the transport system, and what the city feels like on a quiet Tuesday morning.
We are published by Gaggi & Co Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (Company No. SC833100). Our editorial office is based in the United Kingdom.
Our Editorial Standards
Every city guide on Wander360° is written to a consistent standard: 7 real attractions (with accurate pricing and opening times), 6 distinct neighbourhoods, 7 food recommendations including local specialities and signature dishes, 4 transport options, 4 day trips, 6 insider tips, and seasonal weather information.
We do not copy-paste from other travel sites. We do not publish press releases as editorial. We do not accept payment to include attractions, restaurants or hotels in our guides — our only commercial relationships are with booking platforms (Viator for tours and activities) where we earn a commission if you book through our links. This is disclosed in our affiliate disclosure.
When we discover errors — a restaurant that has closed, a price that has changed, an attraction that has moved — we update the relevant guide. If you've found something incorrect, please let us know.
🎯 City-Specific
Every attraction, restaurant and neighbourhood in our guides is specific to that city. No templated, interchangeable content.
🔍 Research-Led
We research from primary sources: local tourism boards, verified reviews, cultural institutions and travel journalism.
💬 Honest
We include practical warnings (hot summers, pickpocket risks, altitude sickness) alongside the things worth celebrating.
🔄 Updated
All guides were last reviewed in 2026. Prices, opening hours and recommendations are checked regularly.
Why We Built This
We built Wander360° because most travel guides fall into one of two failure modes: they're either too thin (a listicle of obvious sights with no depth) or they require you to read 3,000 words of context before finding out what time the museum opens. We wanted to build something in between: guides that are genuinely useful for planning a trip, dense with specific information, and honest about the things other guides gloss over.
We're particularly interested in cities that deserve more attention than they get: Matera and its 9,000-year cave dwellings, Jeonju's extraordinary food culture, Essaouira as an alternative to Marrakech, Kanazawa as a quieter counterpoint to Kyoto. These cities are as rewarding as the famous ones — they just require a bit more deliberate seeking out.
