In this policy, "Wander360°," "we," "us" and "our" refer to Gaggi & Co Ltd. We are the data controller for any personal information we collect from you under UK GDPR.

3. Information We Collect
We collect personal information in a small number of clear cases:
Information you give us directly
- Newsletter signup: your email address, and the city newsletter you subscribed to
- Account creation: your name and email address if you create an account to write blogs or upload media
- Contact form / email: anything you choose to include in messages to us
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This collects anonymous data including pages visited, time spent, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and referring site
- Cookies: small text files stored on your browser. See section 6 below
- Server logs: standard request logs including IP address, user agent, and timestamp, kept for security purposes

- To send the newsletter you signed up for
- To understand which content is useful and improve the site accordingly
- To protect against fraud, spam and security threats
- To respond to your messages
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable

5. Who We Share It With
We share information with a small number of service providers strictly necessary to operate the site:
- Cloudflare — site hosting, security and analytics infrastructure
- Google Analytics — anonymous traffic analytics
- Affiliate partners — when you click an affiliate link, the partner platform (GetYourGuide, Viator, Booking.com etc.) receives information about the referral via standard tracking cookies. We do not share your email address or any directly identifying information with them
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever. We do not share data with advertising networks for retargeting purposes.
6. Cookies
Wander360° uses cookies in three categories:
- Essential cookies: required for the site to function (e.g. login session). Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics for understanding traffic patterns.
- Affiliate cookies: set by partners like GetYourGuide when you click their links, tracking referrals for commission attribution.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not prevent you using the site, though some features (like staying logged in) may not work as expected.
7. How Long We Keep It
- Newsletter email addresses: until you unsubscribe (every newsletter has an unsubscribe link)
- Account information: until you delete your account or after 3 years of inactivity
- Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default)
- Server logs: 90 days
8. Your Rights
Under UK and EU GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to how we use your information
- Receive a portable copy of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from the newsletter)
- Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we've handled your data improperly

9. International Visitors
Wander360° is operated from Scotland, United Kingdom. If you visit from outside the UK, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws. By using the site, you consent to this transfer. We rely on standard contractual clauses and other lawful mechanisms to protect international transfers.
10. Children
Wander360° is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please email us so we can delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for at least 30 days. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
